Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Digital Products

We at TurquoizBlue/shop maintain the policy that all sales are final and non-refundable. No returns will be accepted for all digital products and services, including but not limited to ebooks, downloads, mentoring sessions, virtual events, audio recordings, and videos. It is impossible to return, exchange, or refund digital products once they have been purchased for download. Please download all digital purchases upon receipt. No products will be reissued more than ten (10) days after the initial purchase date.

Physical Products

Our physical products are made to order after a sale is executed. Please be sure to review shipping dates and any other information relating to processing these products. Items within the same order may ship and arrive separately. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable. No returns will be accepted for all products. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges (not including damaged or defective items). Thank you.

Exchanges

All sales are final, including for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@turquoizblue.com.

Sale Items

All sale item purchases are final.

Refunds

No refunds on any physical or digital products. All sales are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We are not bound to honor any requests that are not sent in a timely manner.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
