Long gone are the days where we can expect to be the same person and do the same things all our adult lives. In order to stay relevant socially and professionally, it is important that we continue to expose ourselves to new environments and new education.
Coach Lynn shares how we can reinvent ourselves even in a recession. One of the things she emphasizes is having mentors. I agree with her 100%. A lot of times we think because we may be older than a potential mentor that there won’t be much to learn. That couldn’t be further from the truth.
